Construction:

Multiple sets of hardened steel bearings give the vise smooth and precise motion.  Center axle is precision turned hardened steel. Guide Rods are hardened stainless steel and the main screw is an ACME 1/2-10.  Multiple critical components are made from hardened steel.  The design is built to last and also can be serviced or repaired easily.

All the unique mechanical components of this vise are 100% Made in the USA.  We source almost all our materials domestically, only couple small standard components are not domestically sourced.  Our CNC machining is all done in house at our Fort Worth facility which allows us to maintain our focus on high quality and precision.

 

Table Clamp Option:

If this option is selected, the base of the vise will include a dovetail feature for use with a Microjig(TM) dovetail clamp.  One clamp will also be included with the vise.  This is useful if the vise needs to be moved often or bolting the vise to the bench is not possible.
