Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are calculated based primarily on weight. Note, the item weight listed may not reflect the items actual weight. It is used in the shipping charge calulation to get as close to possible to the actual cost to ship. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Typical shipping methods we use in our "Zone Rates":
Domestic (US)
- Very small items ship First Class Parcel (w/ tracking). This keeps the shipping cost at a minumum. If you need them sooner, contact us. Example item: Palm Key Risers
- Medium sized items ship USPS Priority Mail. This method takes 2-3 days (w/ tracking) and is priced reasonably. Example item: Pen Marking Tool
- Large items ship UPS ground. Example item: Sax Stand
International
- We prefer to ship internationally via UPS. Rates are intended to cover the majority of destinations, but it can vary considerably. In the event the actual cost is more, we will follow up to ask for the difference. We can also get rate quotes and invoice you for actual shipping. Please use the "Send me an Invoice" option for this. Thank you for your understanding.
Use your Shipping account: Add your Fedex or UPS account number in the notes of your order and we will ship on your account. Use code SHIP_TO_ACCT to remove shipping charges when you use your account.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days. To return an item, contact us for instruction for returning the items. Returned items must be shipped prepaid with a tracking number. Items must be in resellable condition. The restocking fee is 10% to cover cost of inspection, testing, repackaging and costs associated with order processing.
