Tool Fixture Features:
Holds tool holder firmly for cutting tool setup. Quickly index positions to make tool setup easy.
Holds standard and dual contact holders.
Contacts back of flange, not the taper in order to protect the taper surface.
Rotate hardened steel clamp CW for standard holders and CCW for dual contact. It is also adjustable.
Single hardened steel dog prevents rotation. Front left open for access on toolholders with set screw.
Rotate +/-90 degrees. 4th position (upside down) can be enabled for pull stud installation.
Bolt to table using M8 (5/16”) SHCS or similar.
Please note there may be tiny imperfections in the anodize finish on the dark gray parts. We are working to resolve this issue with our anodizer, but they are not very noticeable.
