After 50 years of playing the sax, I have found the best palm-key risers. They are expensive but the only thing that comes close is a custom riser made by a pro with layers of cork and contact cement--and that kind often falls off. These are excellent, do not damage the keys, come in different thicknesses to get what you need, and they stay on the horn. Worth the $.
